Descriptions of services provided
The informations provided on the site are meant to present the research themes developed within the IHU Liryc. The target audience is the general public.
The site contains information concerning the medical field, intended exclusively for the information of users and in no case to be used as a substitute for the opinion of health specialists in the context of a medical diagnosis.
Intellectual Property
This site is owned and operated by IHU Liryc. The presentation and each of the elements, including trademarks, logos and domain names, appearing on the site http://www.ihu-liryc.fr are protected by the laws in force on intellectual property and belong to the IHU Liryc, or are the subject of an authorization of use.
Logo // The IHU Liryc logo has been registered as a trademark with the Institut national de la propriété industrielle (INPI). This brand cannot be reproduced without the authorization of the IHU Liryc communication manager. Any unauthorized use of the IHU Liryc name or logo constitutes an infringement, which is now punishable by up to five years of imprisonment and a fine of 300,000 euros in the event of prosecution. A kit containing the logo is available in the Communication section.

Customer data for services | We collect the following information: last name, first name, business e-mail, business telephone, job title, questions asked and associated answers. |
Data of participants to a training, seminar, webinar, or any other live event | We collect the following information: identities, contact details, job title, attendance, satisfaction and evaluation data, photo, video or sound recordings, consents to the publication of recordings, CVs, school grades, diplomas as well as data from discussion forums and diet as well as login data (Zoom and Liryc Education). |

2. USE OF COLLECTED DATA AND LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING
The data collected are used for different purposes:
Inquiry data | The purpose is the processing of requests. The legal basis is based on the consent of the data subject or, failing that, on our legitimate interest. |
Newsletter data | The purpose is to manage the transmission of the newsletter as well as the management of subscriptions and unsubscriptions. The legal basis is based on the consent of the subscribers or otherwise on our legitimate interest. |
Data from contacts who can make or facilitate a donation | The purpose is the prospecting of new sponsors or donors as well as the management of the prospecting relationship. The legal basis for the use and processing of our prospects’ personal data is based on the consent of the parties concerned or, failing that, our legitimate interest as a general interest organization or, failing that, our public interest mission as determined by the “shelter” agreement. |
Donor data and donation history | The data collected is used for the management of donations, the publication of information on donations, the management of donor relations, the accounting follow-up, the issuance of tax receipts as well as the realization of associated indicators. Data of the participants of a training, a seminar, a webinar or any other live event | The purpose is the study of applications, the organization of training sessions, the follow-up, the assessments of the activities and the associated invoicing as well as the edition of the obligatory or probatory documents concerning the training. The legal basis for the use and processing of personal data is the execution of a training agreement or a service contract or, failing that, compliance with any applicable legal and regulatory obligation or, failing that, our legitimate interests as a training center. |
Data sets provided by our prospects and customers to secure the site | The purpose of the processing is the execution of the operating rules of the institute, particularly in terms of security and sanitary protocol. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in security. |
Inventor data for patent filing | The purpose is the management of legal patent filings and the respect of legal obligations in this matter. The legal basis is compliance with legal and regulatory obligations or, failing that, our legitimate interest or, failing that, the legitimate interest of inventors. |
Data from referenced or potential suppliers | The purpose is to manage the supplier relationship and the accounting. The legal basis is the execution of a purchase contract or, failing that, the legitimate interest of the parties concerned or our legitimate interest as a buyer. |
Application for a job or an internship | The purpose is to evaluate the suitability of a professional profile in relation to a possible vacancy and then to transfer the application to a potential partner-employer as well as to feed a CV library. The legal basis is based on the consent of the parties concerned or, failing that, on the legitimate interest of the job seeker or, failing that, on our legitimate interest as a recruiter. |
Connection data on the website and associated sites (Liryc-Education and the extranet) | The connection data is used to ensure the security and traceability of personal data. This data is also used for statistical purposes of consultation and visit of our websites. The legal basis is our legitimate interest. |
Staff, visitor and guest data | The purpose is the processing of requests within the framework of professional activities, the follow-up of the personnel and the realization of a social balance sheet for the annual report but also within the framework of the safety of goods and persons. |
3. SOURCES AND RECEIVERS OF PERSONAL DATA
Access to personal data is limited to the persons or structures concerned:

Donor data and donation history | Only the Executive Committee and the Liryc Fundraising, Liryc Communication (in the context of the management of counterparts) and FBU Accounting Departments are authorized to have access to the data communicated concerning donations. The data can be transferred to an outsourced subcontractor for fundraising strategy support. |
Prospect data for services | Only the Executive Board and staff in contact with prospects may have access to the data provided. Please note that our prospects’ data may be transferred to organizations that have signed partnership agreements. 4. DURATION OF RETENTION OF YOUR DATA

5. SECURITY OF YOUR DATA
The FBU and the IHU LIRYC are particularly attached to the personal data that are collected and processed. These operations are carried out in a secure manner. We implement the necessary technical, physical and organizational measures to prevent, as far as possible, any alteration, loss or unauthorized access to your personal data.
6. DATA STATEMENT AND STORAGE
The data is stored within the European Union (in France or in the Netherlands) in Liryc’s databases or files or in those of service providers with whom Liryc has a contractual relationship. We note, on the margin, the use of SaaS tools, such as Gdrive® and Dropbox® and WeTrasnfer®, which can transfer data outside the EU in a secure and legal framework of CCT (Standard Contractual Clause) or BCR.
7. RIGHT REGARDING PERSONAL DATA
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679, you have the right to access, rectify, delete, and port your data. You also have a right to limit and oppose the processing of data concerning you.

Cookie Usage
